Hydrogen's new clients include Crimestoppers, The Finnieston Distillery Company, College Development Network and more

Glasgow-based specialist social media agency Hydrogen has announced the appointment of six new clients so far in 2018 - including Crimestoppers.

The Finnieston Distillery Company and College Development Network are also among the businesses for who Hydrogen will provide a range of social media services.

Mike Scott, Managing Director of Hydrogen, said: “Over the course of the first year we deliberately opened our doors to a wealth of different client opportunities, from ambitious start-ups to some of the UK's largest organisations across a variety of sectors and we’re delighted to see that this approach is paying dividends.

“It is always great to welcome a new client on board, but it is a testament to our growing team that we have been able to expand our roster of clients to this extent in such a short period of time.”

This comes a year and a half after the creation of Hydrogen as Glasgow’s largest dedicated social agency. Hydrogen also counts SSE and Hachette Partworks among its client list, as well as having worked on projects for brands such as Club Med.

Mike added: "Over the course of our first 15 months in business we’ve worked with 18 clients, some on a one-off consultancy basis, others as part of their ongoing social media strategy and delivery. We want to deliver a best-in-class offering to our clients, it’s that simple."

The company has expanded from two to seven team members over the past year, most recently appointing Ishbel Macleod in the role of Marketing Manager at the start of April. This come on the back of the new client wins, with the company projecting that it will double first year turnover by the end of it’s financial year in August.
