Sawyer Studios Promotes Zachary Soreff to Partner
New York-based entertainment advertising and marketing agency Sawyer Studios has promoted Zachary Soreff from EVP to President & Partner.
Soreff has nearly two decades of experience in marketing across the film, TV and lifestyle industries with an astute insight on developing industry trends. He has been with Sawyer Studios since 2009, and has spearheaded the agency’s successful data-driven approach to VOD and streaming media planning strategy, working closely with platforms and data partners on strategic campaigns that connect with audiences. As a thought-leader in the entertainment marketing arena, Soreff has been tapped to speak at top industry events including SXSW, Toronto Film Festival, Independent Film Week and IAB Programmatic Summit as well as education programs at NYU Film School and the New School Film School. Clients include Focus Features, Magnolia Pictures, HBO, PBS, Samuel Goldwyn Films, IFC, Vimeo, The Orchard and many more.

Soreff holds a degree from the University of Pennsylvania and has extensive experience working with recognized film studios, TV networks and leading lifestyle and consumer brands in marketing, business development and creative. In over six years with Sawyer, he has helped to evolve the agency to a major digital contender, with a leading reputation for using the most cutting-edge digital and mobile techniques. The operation includes a sophisticated in-house media trading operation paired with a fast-moving creative team where it all started.
