Influencer agency sets up a base in MediaMonks' Abbot Kinney studio
S4 Capital-owned influencer marketing agency IMA has today launched a presence in the Greater Los Angeles area. IMA’s new LA outpost shares a location with MediaMonks Los Angeles, in their recently opened content studio on Abbot Kinney. The move marks the next step in powering up S4Capital’s integrated production capacity for shared US clients.
IMA's and MediaMonks' teams working together from one location will enable smarter application of strategy and use of production, reporting and budget facilities. The co-located office in LA’s Venice Beach will empower both IMA's and MediaMonks' growing teams and base of shared clients. It will also heighten S4’s purely digital, unitary, ‘holy trinity’ model of first-party data fueling digital content and programmatic. Furthermore, IMA’s move to LA is intended to broaden and deepen client relationships – as well as convert clients to scale.
Maddie Raedts, CCO, IMA, said: “This is the next logical step since our merger with MediaMonks back in September. We have a strong client base already, and being closer to the LA and Silicon Valley scene allows us to deepen those relationships by adding our expertise in the influencer marketing space. We can’t wait to jump on content creation and scale up our operations.”
Olivier Koelemij, Managing Director, MediaMonks LA added: “The influence of Gen Z — the first generation of true digital natives — is expanding, and so are our capabilities with the addition of IMA to our LA workspace. Maddie, Emilie and Anneke have created a fantastic proposition centered around speed, quality and value that’s already showing our shared clients an amazing amount of opportunities to explore. LA is the city of content creation, and adding IMA's influencer marketing expertise is a recipe for even more success."
IMA has an already established base of operations on the US East Coast with an office in New York, open since June 2018. Next to this, recent account wins of the S4 Capital Group since acquiring IMA include Sony Pictures, Coca-Cola, HP and Google – and clients in the Tech, Healthcare, Employment, Retail and Household Appliances sectors.
