Rohan Blair-Mangat Signs to My Accomplice

Director Rohan Blair-Mangat graduated from Central Saint Martins with a degree in Fine Art. His varied projects have led him to work with talents such as JAY-Z, Lionel Messi, Daisy Ridley, Alexander Wang and Lewis Hamilton.

Rohan recently directed ‘Nasir - The Film’, a visual album for Nas’ 2018 self-titled release, and a Clio award-winning music video with Black Thought, to promote the documentary series ‘Rest in Power: The Trayvon Martin Story’. In 2017 he directed a short film to accompany ’Bam’, from JAY-Z’s album ‘4:44’, which was nominated at both Camerimage and the UKMVAs.

He has made music videos for artists like DVSN, Bryson Tiller, Takeoff, 6LACK and Pauli The PSM, along with several commercial projects for clients including Adidas, Beats By Dre, Vice, Apple Music, Dazed and Nike.

The film he created in collaboration with Wretch 32 was screened at the Tate Britain and selected by Lynne Ramsay for the series ‘Electric Shorts’. The cinematic spot 'Run For Your Life' earned him both a Best New Director nomination at the prestigious BTAA Craft Awards and a place on the shortlist for the CFP-E/Shots Young Director Award. Rohan directed an interactive experience for Geox, which was released to critical acclaim, winning four Cannes Lions, a One Show Gold Pencil and FWA Site of the Day.

He is currently developing a feature project and a TV series.
