Radio LBB: Who Run the World?

 The importance of celebrating women is apparent now more than ever. In 2018, we took leaps and bounds in a forward direction for the empowerment of women; we had our first female Dr. Who, the Irish Abortion Referendum, the 2018 Women's March in support of the #MeToo movement, and women taking charge of workplace equality, “ditching high heels for trainers” according to Business Insider.

 

With all of these amazing achievements underway, we thought it about time a soundtrack was made to reflect the progress we foresee for women in 2019. Mcasso’s Emma Winton collected track suggestions from friends and colleagues that celebrate being a woman and simultaneously empower the listener.
