Quiet Storm’s Trevor Robinson OBE to Deliver the Next Creative Circle Foundation Workshop

Quiet Storm Founder and ECD, Trevor Robinson OBE will deliver the next of the Creative Circle Foundations series of free workshops.

Trevor’s workshop, ‘Everyone Is Creative’ will tap into his formidable agency and production experience to look at how to translate entertainment in the everyday, into a fully formed concept.

Trevor states, “Anyone can be creative and people from all walks of life can work in advertising. At the end of the day, the audience we’re advertising to is ourselves and our families. If you can entertain your friends and family then you can entertain the public, the hard part is translating that into a concept”.

The free workshop, which will take place at the Grey London offices on Monday 23rd April, is part of a series of events being delivered by the Creative Circle Foundation. Aimed at young people wanting to break into the industry, the Creative Circle Foundation is addressing the imbalance of diversity in UK creative departments by providing a free full-time course for students from underprivileged backgrounds.

Trevor Robinson, OBE is a Creative Director and Founder of Quiet Storm, the London-based advertising agency and production company. A dedicated philanthropist, he heads a drive to encourage the UK's creative industries to embrace those who, like him, come from ethnic minority backgrounds. Robinson set up Quiet Storm in 1995. It was the UK's first and only joint creative agency and production company, being recognised members of both the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) and APA. In 2009, Robinson was awarded an OBE by the Queen for his services to UK advertising.
