Publicis Groupe Poland Appoints Tomasz Kuisz as Data Strategy Director

Publicis Groupe Poland announces the appointment of Tomas Kuisz to the newly-created position of data strategy director where he will be responsible for the development of Publicis Groupe Poland’s strategic and product offer in data. Prior to Publicis Groupe, Kuisz was the managing director at [m] Platform in GroupM. 

As the data strategy director, Kuisz will be a part of Publicis Groupe Poland’s Data Science team which supports clients in the development and transformation of their business through the use of data, technology, business analytics and research. 

His key responsibilities include providing support to clients from across Publicis Groupe Poland in developing strategies that will convert data from information to knowledge, enabling timely response to business challenges; collaboration with Publicis Groupe’s global network to drive Publicis People Cloud offer – a global platform based on data, to identify sources of client growth at an individual level- in the Polish market; and the development of Titan Data Engine – a Publicis Groupe Poland technology infrastructure which serves to collect, store and manage data used in client communication campaigns, research and analysis. 

Kuisz will be reporting to Anna Sakowicz, chief data & analytics officer, Publicis Groupe Poland and work closely with the Data Science team, to drive further development of the group's strategic offer in the area of data.

Tomasz Kuisz began his career at IPG Mediabrands, where he followed the path from internet planning specialist to digital strategy director. Following that, he joined GroupM, a a company he stayed with for close to 10 years. It was here that he built the Xaxis team structure, before expanding his scope to include supervision over the Light Reaction team. Over the past two and a half years, he was the Managing Director of [m] Platform in GroupM, where he oversaw the GroupM offer in Programmatic & Data Marketing, Performance Marketing, Native & Content Advertising, Google Platforms & SEO, Social Media Marketing & Influencer Marketing, Creative, Ad Ops, Data Management Platform and Data Strategies.
