Boo!
Instead of carving pumpkins and redecorating our office with blood stains, the team at Pitch & Sync has put together five of their favourite new tracks out this week for your spooky listening pleasure.
Little Dragon
Tongue Kissing
Swedish dance-pop favourites, Little Dragon, have this week released their new single Tongue Kissing, a laid-back, bouncing track championing the idea of fully encompassing yourself and diving head first into life.
Fiyaaaa!
Floorplan
Minimal techno project of Robert Hood and daughter Lyric, Floorplan, have dropped Fiyaaaa, one side of the album teasing sampler for their record due out in November. The new track features their adored gospel-tinged Chicago techno blend and is unquestionably bangin’.
King Princess
If You Think It’s Love
Multi-instrumentalist, queer icon and Zelig Records artist, King Princess has revealed her debut album Cheap Queen to follow her 2018 EP, Make My Bed. If You Think It’s Love perfectly closes the indie-pop album off with gentle swells of synth textures and vocoded harmonies.
I Didn’t Realise
The Drums & Jonny Pierce
Oddly credited to both The Drums and Jonny Pierce, I Didn’t Realise explores the demise of the relationship Jonny had with ex-bandmate and close friend Jacob Graham. The new track features swerving synths, reverb drenched vocals and raw, honest lyrics.
Max Cooper
Aleph 2
Aleph 2 is the latest single from London experimental artist, Max Cooper, in the lead up to his upcoming album, Yearning for the Infinite. The new track is a storming atmosphere of sounds crashing together in accompaniment to the wild drumming of Adam Betts. Both are well worth a delve!
