Independent agency elevates Andrew Krensky and Pete Talaba

Omelet, an independent creative company, announced today the elevation of Andrew Krensky to managing director and Pete Talaba to chief strategy officer. Both Krensky and Talaba are also Partners at the agency, which counts Princess Cruises, Guardian Insurance, Nickelodeon, Warner Bros. Interactive and Walmart as clients.

"I'm thrilled to announce the elevation of Pete and Andrew into these two critical roles for Omelet," said Omelet CEO Thas Naseemuddeen. "They bring strong leadership skills and a growth mindset that have truly shaped the next era of our business. Their passion for the business as we know it--and their willingness to break with form to make something better--has me incredibly excited for them to help steer the future of Omelet.”

Krensky joined Omelet in 2017 as executive director of brand management, fostering entrepreneurial business thinking and creative collaboration across the agency. Prior to Omelet, Krensky lead large integrated accounts like Coors, Samsung and Pepsi at agencies including 72andSunny, TBWA/Chiat/Day, and Arnold Worldwide. In his new role, Krensky will be focused on continuing to drive cross-agency collaboration and elevating creativity and craft across the company.

Talaba is a seasoned strategy executive with nearly two decades of experience across strategy, brand management, and media planning/buying at R/GA, Y&R, Leo Burnett, and Starcom. He specializes in bringing together the spirit of each strategy discipline to stoke new thinking and ideas, drawing from brand planning, communications and channel thinking, and user experience principles. Talaba is a certified executive coach and also oversees Omelet’s People & Culture department.

“There’s a particular ‘Omelet way’ of doing things that drew me here three years ago,” said Krensky. “As a small agency, being a fast follower isn’t good enough--we need to lead our own path and have a differentiated value proposition and point of view for everything we do. I’m excited to be part of a team that’s pushing us there every day.”
