This week Nissan revealed the All-New Sentra at an off-site event at the LA Auto Show and – in parallel – TBWA\Chiat\Day revealed the vehicle on social media in a clever new way that leaned hard into user behaviour.
As they watch Instagram stories, users have a habit of tapping through at a frantic pace – often a split second per frame. So the agency decided to hack this addictive user behaviour to create an Instagram story auto reveal, building anticipation and drama through tap-timing, and rewarding those who take the time to watch the full story.
Piece by piece, the #AllNewNissanSentra is designed to surpass expectations. https://t.co/bJvXYtd8o6 #LAAutoShow #NissanSentra pic.twitter.com/m21kb6hA8C
