Various promotions and moves will help manage global and UK growth
M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment today announced an expanded leadership team to manage the agency’s continued growth both in the UK and beyond.

Steve Martin moves from UK CEO to Global CEO, taking a more focused approach to drive growth across the six global offices of New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, Sydney, Johannesburg & London. Martin will also be looking at new office openings. Jamie Wynne-Morgan, who joined Steve Martin in 2004 to help launch the UK agency, has been promoted from MD to UK CEO with a remit to drive the ongoing momentum of the London office.

Jodie Fullagar and Richard Barker are promoted to Joint Managing Directors to strengthen the UK leadership team.

Fullagar joined M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment as the first employee in the Entertainment division over 12 years ago, before being named Head of Entertainment in 2016 where she has led the entertainment offering for the past three years. In that time the offer has grown to be 30% of the London business under her leadership. She is also an integral part of the Diversity & Inclusion committee for the M&C Saatchi UK group and leads the UK Group’s first Women’s Network.

Richard returns to the London office having spent five years running the M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment New York office, where he successfully won key clients Oakley, Paris Saint-Germain F.C. and TaylorMade whilst doubling the size of the New York business. He has helped win two major account wins for the Sport team since returning from New York.

Steve Martin said: “The agency had a very successful year in 2018 across all of the key markets, with some significant new business wins on top of organic growth of the current client portfolio. Whilst we want to continue to look to expand the Sport & Entertainment group of agencies globally, it is really important that we focus on keeping this momentum going in our six existing agencies and invest in key talent to help achieve our growth targets. Our London offer is vital to the success of the overall group and I am delighted to be able to create such a strong Leadership and management team to drive the UK market opportunity.”

M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment clients include Coca-Cola, NatWest, Heineken, Ballantine’s and Reebok.
