M&C Saatchi Appoints New Group HR Director

M&C Saatchi has appointed Emily Hawkins as Group HR Director, starting in September 2018. Emily joins from Conde Nast Publishing where she held the post of Senior HR Business Partner and Head of Employee Engagement for four years. Prior to that Emily held senior positions at Hugo Boss UK & Ireland and Net-a-Porter.com.

Reporting into UK Group Chairman Tim Duffy, Emily will be responsible for accelerating talent acquisition and management across the group as well as leading the centralized Group HR function which looks after all 12 agencies that make up M&C Saatchi Group UK.

After a record year of revenue growth and earnings the M&C Saatchi Group has made a number of senior appointments across the Group including Sereena Abbassi as Group Head of Culture & Inclusion and Kate Bosomworth as CMO.

Emily Hawkins, Group HR Director at M&C Saatchi, said: “I’m thrilled to be joining M&C Saatchi.
