JSA Welcomes Ryan Heron

Thanks to his friendly and collaborative approach to filmmaking JSA’s newest exciting director, Ryan Heron, has won trusted clients all over the world.

After an early start in both the camera department and documentaries, Ryan has honed his strong visual style and ability to create striking, high-quality images regardless of crew size and restrictions. Bringing this to the commercial and fictional worlds, he has become a favourite of brands such as Red Bull, Honda and Air New Zealand to name a few.

Having perfected the ‘natural’ style of filmmaking, Ryan made it his mission to get people relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera, allowing more intimate moments to happen. Combined with his technical knowledge and ability to capture everything from high-speed chase scenes to close friendships, he has built up a highly diverse and sough-after body of work. We’ve had our sights on him for some time so we’re delighted to finally welcome Ryan to the JSA family!
