The Dentsu Aegis Network is enhancing its creative competence in the German market and developing its integrated range of brand commerce-related services in response to the economic challenges brands are facing in the eye of digital transformation. The reorganisation calls for Isobar Germany under new management – to create an agency with a differentiated range of services which covers integrated strategy, convergent transmedia communication concepts, as well as scalable content and technology implementation.
Reflecting the integrated nature of the Dentsu Aegis Network, experienced agency leaders Alexander Wipf and Christoph Riebling will be assuming new roles in the management of Isobar Germany from 1 March 2016. The new executive team comes from Leo Burnett, where they were responsible for the strategic reorientation of the agency and were instrumental in its substantive turnaround. In Düsseldorf they will be joining Daniel Pannrucker, who has been on board as Interim Managing Director since November 2015.
Zoja Paskaljevic, CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Deutschland on the strategic alignment says: "Isobar is an essential part of the new understanding of our agency culture, consultancy model and service offering. I am convinced that the new leadership duo gives us two hybrid thinkers who have demonstrated the capacity to act on a cross-functional basis in the network and to support us in taking the transformation of Isobar to the next level."
"It's no longer good enough to offer solutions which are based on factors of yesteryear established media, digital or creative agency channel definitions .Customers judge less and less on purely channel-specific criteria. Instead they want teams which bring about innovation that can be scaled to suit the market and can create integrated brand experiences," explains Alexander Wipf, Managing Director of Isobar Germany.
"We excel at brand storymaking combined with commerce and technology. We are stepping up to redefine Isobar as an integrator of strategic and creative services, including both media and content. We are looking forward to taking on the new task and unique challenge," adds Christoph Riebling, Managing Director of Isobar Germany.
