Jon Reily has joined Isobar as SVP and global head of commerce strategy with immediate effect. Jon will be responsible for leading strategy on global and cross border commerce programs, one of the most important items on the experience transformation agenda for clients across Isobar’s 85 locations across 45 markets globally.

Jon was previously a senior leader in Publicis’ Global Omni-channel Commerce group and practice leader of Publicis Sapient’s Connected Retail Experience and Artificial Intelligence programs. He was also aligned with Publics Sapient’s Travel, Transportation, Logistics, Retail and CPG verticals, leading strategic global commerce engagements and delivering for clients including Target, Walmart, T-Mobile, Philipps 66, Mercedes, Ralph Lauren, and Mars Wrigley.
Prior to Publicis, Jon worked for Amazon as head of user experience, design, and eCommerce, where he led ecommerce strategy, brand design, customer experience design and marketing for the Kindle division. Jon’s understanding of UX combined with Commerce, makes working with him a powerful opportunity for clients looking to leverage technical and commercial know-how to drive growth.

Jon will report into Vikalp Tandon and be a core member in Isobar’s global strategic solutions team. He will join Krish Goswami, VP commerce delivery another recent hire from Cognizant, who has +20 years of strong experience of building and managing a large digital portfolio and successfully executing Commerce-led digital transformations at top-tier Retail and CPG companies.
