SNAP London’s first campaign challenges landlords regarding their lettings models

SNAP London’s first campaign for Hostmaker gets into the minds of landlords to challenge their thinking on their lettings model. Using research insights gained in the pitch process, the work speaks directly to landlords and asks them to question the traditional model that could be earning them less year on year.

The campaign is running on TCPs, paid social and digital formats at launch, and will be followed up with landlord testimonial case studies and additional digital targeting.

Nakul Sharma, CEO at Hostmaker, said: “We are delighted to bring SNAP onto our agency roster for the development of a new creative platform for the Hostmaker brand. The team at SNAP have a clear understanding of our ambitions for the business and grounded their pitch in detailed research and strategic insight. We’re very excited to see the results of this campaign.”

Louisa Fielding, managing partner at SNAP, added: “The Hostmaker model, which dynamically mixes short and mid term lets to unlock the potential of properties, is a true challenge to the traditional long term lettings model. We love working with challenger brands who want to shake things up for the benefit of consumers.  It’s rare for pitch work to be the work that runs, but it’s a testament to the strength of consumer insight we gained in the process. We’re really looking forward to working with the great team at Hostmaker as the campaign builds.”
