Photo was shot by Fern Berresford, director at Fat Lemon, and features women who worked on award-winning commercials from 2017

Over the past few years, there has been a small but steady increase in the number of women being nominated for The British Arrows. However, the ratio of 5:1 male:female nominees is still disproportionately unrepresentative of the female talent out there in the advertising industry.

The women in our industry are the inspiration for future female talent who aspire to be the next generation of award-winners… so it’s time to lean in, more!

On International Women’s Day, with a stunning photograph shot by Fern Berresford, director at Fat Lemon, British Arrows celebrates some of the brilliant, passionate and creative women who worked on award-winning commercials from its 2017 show.
