Habitat Retains Digital Agency Rapier to Handle CRM
The award-winning communications and CRM agency Rapier has been selected to leverage deep customer understanding to drive a more customer-focussed marketing and communications operating model for Habitat.
Rapier has been tasked with the creation of a customer database, new customer segmentation and the development of a data driven ECRM programme; using all available data sources from both Habitat stores and online.
