gyro Manchester Moves to New Office After 20 Years

gyro, the global ideas shop, is moving to a brand new office space located at 8 Exchange Quay, Salford M5 3EQ. Just one floor below its current space, the office was designed specifically for gyro Manchester with the goal of fostering greater cohesiveness and further enhancing efficiencies within the agency.

“Over the past 20 years, Exchange Quay has been a fantastic location for us, with Manchester City Centre and Media City right at our door step,” said Danny Turnbull, Managing Director of gyro Manchester. “The momentum continues to build for gyro Manchester, and staying within such a vibrant part of the city will only amplify us further on all fronts.”

The office boasts 4,000 square feet of purpose-built open floor space, which mirrors the look and feel of gyro’s 14 offices around the globe. It was designed and constructed by ADT Workspace and advised by Savills UK. The new 10-year lease follows the agency’s recent influx of new business and talent.

Exchange Quay has recently been through a multimillion-pound refurbishment program. gyro follows other longstanding tenants like Sage in renewing their leases within the complex.
