BETC London has partnered with GANT to create #LearnwithGant. The new campaign takes interesting and unusual words from around the world and uses them to showcase the features of GANT’s hero garments from their fall/winter 2016 collection. The GANT iconic white shirt is partnered with the French term boulevardier - ‘a stylish man or woman about town’ - with the shirt-wearing models winging it with style. GANT’s crease resistant travel suit is partnered with schwuppdiwupp - a German word which translates as ‘as easy as that’. The Scottish term Dreich - ‘extremely dreary weather’ - is used to illustrate that GANT’s new layering system keeps you dry, no matter how dreich.
Developed by BETC London, and directed and photographed by Chino Moya, #LearnwithGant is all about the endless pursuit of knowledge and self-improvement. The campaign featuring ten print executions and five hero films, which will be showcased in GANT stores globally, and shared through GANT social channels. They will be supported by five ‘Behind the Scenes’ films, in which the campaign models Miranda and Rob, Chino Moya and various members of the production team talk about their favourite #LearnwithGant words. And the team didn’t stop learning even on set, with Miranda prepping and coding her upcoming art installation in-between takes.
