Flavor Adds Visionary Artist Joshua Studebaker as CG Supervisor

The leaders from creative production studio Flavor has announced the addition of Joshua Studebaker to their Los Angeles staff in the position of CG supervisor. The announcement was made by executive producer Darren Jaffe.

For more than eight years, Studebaker has been a go-to freelance CG artist in the Los Angeles marketplace, specialising in design, animation, dynamics, lighting/shading and compositing via Maya, C4D, Vray/Octane, Nuke and After Effects. A frequent collaborator with Flavor and its brand and agency partners, Studebaker has also worked with Alma Mater, Arsenal FX, Brand New School, Buck, Greenhaus GFX, Imaginary Forces and We Are Royale in the past five years alone.

In his new role with Flavor, Studebaker oversees visual effects and 3D services across the company's global operations. "Along with being a great person to be around, Josh is simply one of the most talented artists I have ever had the pleasure to work with," Jaffe began. "He has an unparalleled skillset and is equally driven to grow as a technician and an artist.

Flavor's industry-leading talents in its Chicago, Los Angeles and Detroit studios have direct access to premier color-grading, VFX and picture finishing technologies like Autodesk Lustre and Flame Premium, for starters. Also, through the greater Cutters Studios network's world-class talents and full-service production/post-production operations - in those cities, and in New York, Tokyo and Kansas City - Flavor's production mastery continues to soar. Studebaker's leadership and artistic talents are expected to be felt throughout the company, from initial design explorations to final deliverables.
