New role leverages Reese’s leadership to grow Firewood’s client roster and expand its retail and content marketing services

Firewood Marketing has expanded its team of senior leaders by promoting Jeff Reese to senior vice president, group account director. He will manage agency teams supporting key technology clients and will serve as a marketing strategist and account leader for Firewood’s growing roster of clients.

Reese joined Firewood in early 2018 as senior director, strategy, and most recently served as vice president, group account director, developing global content marketing programs and platforms, and building out a B2B education hub. In his new role, Reese will be expanding his responsibilities to oversee new client growth areas focused on strengthening partner ecosystems, growing sales channels, and driving global online and offline retail go-to-market strategies and initiatives.

Previously, Reese served in marketing leadership roles at established technology companies and start-ups across Silicon Valley. He has a deep background in marketing strategy and business planning, and he’s led marketing teams for well-known brands including Intel, Dolby, PlayStation, Zynga, and GoPro, among others.

With nearly 300 employees globally, Firewood continues to expand its service offerings and client base across its seven offices in four countries. The agency recently experienced high double-digit year-over-year revenue growth fuelled by increased business from existing and new clients.
