Ewanme Launches New Mobile Grading Service

This week ewanme, the innovative ‘virtual’ production facility has announced the extension of their unique post model to include colour grading. They now offer experienced freelance colourists coupled with the latest grading technology as an agile, mobile and cost competitive solution to clients.

With ewanme’s ever-growing client base, the need and the ability to provide a full post service solution has increased. Clients have been able to hire ewanme’s mobile ‘suites’ or have kit installed permanently in their office spaces and pay a fixed day rate only. Now demand for grading has led ewanme to purchase DaVinci Resolve consoles with associated software and broadcast monitors. These will run alongside ewanme’s mobile suites manned by their experienced freelance editing and vfx teams.

A team of talented freelance colourists are now available under the ewanme umbrella to work direct with ewanme’s clients, armed with a flight case with all the technology they need to grade creatively to the highest standards.

The service, a first in the industry will be charged using ewanme’s unique billing model of a fixed day rate only. This is made up of the Colourist’s day rate, kit hire and a ewanme production fee. There will be no charges for mpegs, deliveries and no hidden ‘extras’.  

Again, ewanme is connecting the dots by combining the latest technology with the wealth of experienced talent that now exists in the freelance market and introducing it directly to our clients.
