Elders Insurance has appointed The Core Agency
to manage its strategy and creative duties. The insurer is part of QBE
Group's stable of brands.
The fast-growing Sydney independent
will become the lead creative agency for Elders Insurance across
Australia, developing multi-channel brand and retail campaigns to help
fuel its bold expansion plans. The agency has looked after the QBE
international creative work since 2013 and won the pitch for its direct
insurance account a year later.
With over 100 years of experience, Elders Insurance is one of
Australia's largest regional and rural insurance providers, with agents
that live and work in their local communities. Its products include
business insurance, farm insurance, personal insurance, plus fleet and
commercial motor insurance. Building on the brand's strong reputation as
a reliable, customer-focused insurance provider, it is expanding its
current footprint of over 150 locations into metropolitan areas.
Says Jane
Callister, managing director at The Core Agency: "We have a
longstanding partnership with QBE Group and it's wonderful to be asked
to extend our remit to include Elders Insurance. The brand has an
enviable relationship with its customers and we're looking forward to
telling that story to a broader audience."
Says Bettina Pidcock, chief
customer officer, QBE Group: "Elders Insurance is a highly
successful business that has always put its customers first. We have big
plans to grow the brand in Australia and are excited to be working with
Core to achieve this."
This latest win comes off the back of The
Core Agency announcing it had won the Key Pharmaceuticals account. The
agency is tasked with strategic and creative duties for its portfolio of
over 30 consumer pharmaceutical brands including Hamilton, Blistex,
Odor-Eaters and Tiger Balm.
