Director Fenar Ahmad Signs to Furlined in the US and UK

Director Fenar Ahmad has signed to Furlined for US and UK commercial representation.

Fenar wrote and directed the feature film, 'Darkland,' which released earlier this year to critical acclaim and subsequently shortlisted for the Academy Awards in Best Foreign Film. 'Darkland' is Fenar’s second feature; he has directed documentaries, short films, music videos and commercials for brands such as Reebok and Pepsi.

“Fenar weaves together gripping performances and dramatic action seamlessly, creating emotional tension and gut-wrenching anticipation,” says Diane McArter, Founder and President of Furlined. “He is a cinematic storyteller balancing the dynamic and deeply human.”

His incredible range as a filmmaker is evidenced by his next project 'Valhalla,' a children’s tale rooted in Nordic mythology.
