Director and Photographer India Sleem Signs to Black Dog Films

India Sleem has signed to Black Dog Films for UK representation. 

The director and photographer’s work has been featured in Dazed, Vogue, It’s Nice That, Instagram, Nowness, Fader, and Urban Outfitters, for clients such as GAP, Nike, and Dazed.

India’s most recent project, ‘The Game’ - a short film on communities around the New York basketball scene, premiered via It’s Nice That.

Born and raised in Manchester, but currently based in New York, India was introduced to filmmaking at a young age. As the daughter of a DJ, India obsessively watched the music videos of Janet Jackson, Grace Jones, and M.I.A. India’s work is human-centric and highly emotive, focusing on human relations colour, composition, and culture.
