CP+B Names New Strategy Heads in Boulder and LA

Agency promotes Strategists Courtney Loveman, Jen Hruska and Mollie Partesotti
CP+B announced today the promotions of Jen Hruska and Courtney Loveman to Co-Heads of Strategy at CP+B Boulder, and Mollie Partesotti to Head of Strategy at CP+B LA. These promotions speak to CP+B’s commitment to strategy and their belief in the pivotal role it plays in driving brilliant creative.
 
“Courtney, Jen and Mollie share a breadth of experience, knowledge, empathy and a true understanding of how to garner the deepest impact possible for our clients. Each of them offer their own unique insights and combined together, they bring a special kind of leadership that is inspiring to the department and the agency. I’m especially proud to share their promotions and can’t wait to see what they will accomplish as a united team,” said Danielle Aldrich, President, CP+B West.
 
Both Jen and Coutney are based in Boulder and will lead the team together. Courtney was most recently a partner and head of strategy for CP+B’s brand invention group, where she developed agency-owned brands and equity partnerships. During her five years at CP+B, she also led strategy, research and insights for Domino’s and has worked on American Express, MetLife, and Kraft. Prior to CP+B, she led marketing and creative at Seventh Generation through five years of double-digit sales growth, created new products for Maybelline, designed men’s apparel for Ralph Lauren, and designed, produced and sold her own line of children’s clothing. Courtney has an MBA from the University of Michigan as well as an MFA, from Columbia University.

Jen is currently a VP, Global Group Strategy Director on American Airlines and Infiniti, and previously worked on Old Navy, American Express, Aspen Dental and Netflix. Prior to CP+B, she held various roles as VP, Head of Planning and lead Strategist focusing on research, insights and brand initiatives for clients ranging from Abbott Nutrition and Hologic to American Eagle, Seventh Generation, Playtex and Hasbro. She has an undergraduate degree in Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master’s Degree in Advertising and Communications from the University of Texas at Austin.
 
Mollie Partesotti leads strategy for CP+B LA and has worked as Global Group Strategy Director on clients Hulu, PayPal, Jose Cuervo, 1800 Tequila and NBA 2K. She joined the agency from TBWA/Media Arts Lab where she was Group Strategy Director for Apple products and services. Mollie led brand communication and launches for iPhone, iPad and Mac in 20+ global markets. Her work on the 2015 “Shot on iPhone” campaign was awarded a Cannes Grand Prix, and recognition at the Jay Chiat Awards, Andys and Effies. She also led strategy, research and insights for Google, ESPN, Nike, Delta Air Lines and Bank of America. Mollie is a mentor at Loyola University’s School of Mass Communication and VCU Brandcenter, where she received her master’s degree.
