Partners Andrews Aldridge, the customer engagement specialists, have been appointed by Cox Automotive to work on its customer experience and digital activity.

Cox Automotive is transforming the way the world buys and sells cars with industry-leading digital marketing, software, financial, wholesale and e-commerce solutions for customers, dealers and manufacturers.

It owns 25 market-leading global brands including Motors.co.uk, Dealer.com and Autotrader in the USA.

Partners’ initial task is to create customer-led digital products that will make the car buying and selling process easier and more transparent. The agency will prototype and iterate this using its newly launched experience lab and user testing facility.
