Clemenger Melbourne’s ‘Exceptions to the Rule’ Recruitment Programme Launches Search for 2020

Clemenger BBDO Melbourne’s annual search for Australia’s best and brightest talent, its Exceptions to the Rule programme, is now open for applications.

The programme, now in its third year, aims to identify and nurture a different and diverse breed of talent that haven’t come through traditional education pathways.

Rather than focusing on qualifications, the criteria is focused on identifying newcomers to the industry that are unique characters, driven to make the work better, emotionally intelligent and ultimately, come armed with passion and curiosity.

The recruitment process is in two stages. The first being a series of questions that are assessed on depth and creativity, with the second stage being a group assessment task at the agency.
