Clemenger BBDO Sydney has made two changes to
its creative department with the appointment of Claire Sutton and the
promotion of Chris Pearce to Head of Copy role.
Sutton comes from a
diverse background, she's been freelancing, running a successful
illustration services business for over four years, and last year
started her own jewellery company Seven Silver.
Says Dan Mortenson, Head of Craft, Clemenger BBDO Sydney: "Claire's
talent is undeniable, we work really well together and we're so happy
that she's found her home here."
Almost unbelievably, Pearce has
been with Clemenger BBDO Sydney for 33 years. He started in despatch in
1983 and has since been responsible for some of the agency's most iconic
work - including Hahn Bath Bomb, the RTA 'Pinkie' campaign and Don't Be
A Tosser for the then EPA. Most recently he was behind Tweeting
Machines for GE and Masterfood's Make Dinnertime Matter campaign.
Says
Paul Nagy, Executive Creative Director: Clemenger BBDO Sydney: "The
thing about Chris is his unbelievable consistency. He's strategic and
thorough and funny as hell, and his ideas are as fresh as ever. He's a
brilliant mentor to our juniors, and we're delighted he's now taking on
an even bigger role in their development."
