Clemenger BBDO Melbourne Adds Gayle While as Head of CRM

As the first of a number of significant new hires with more to come, Gayle While is joining Clemenger BBDO Melbourne as Head of CRM. strengthening the expanding Customer Experience offering. 

Gayle began her career at top digital agency AKQA and Digitas Modem in the UK, before moving to DLKW as Head of Digital. She has held global roles on some of the world’s largest and most innovative brands, including Xbox, Nike, Unilever, Cadbury's/Mondelez, Kelloggs, HBOS, McCain, Peugeot and General Motors.

Most recently Gayle was Client Services Director at Lavender, one of Australia’s top CX agencies.  She has created award-winning work for Westpac, St.George, Telstra, American Express, Bupa and IKEA.

Gayle’s introduction will allow Catherine Graham the opportunity to focus more of her time on the strategy side of the business, seeing her role evolve to Customer Experience Planning Director.
