Created by Grey London and directed by Jaron Albertin (Smuggler), the 60’ film sees dancer and performer Maëva Berthelot moving down eerily quiet London streets, with nothing but the music pumping through her Bose headphones to break the silence. The film helped to launch the brands ‘Get Closer’ campaign and accompanied a global push for Bose’s QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones and SoundTouch wireless speakers.
MD and Founder of music company Soviet Science, Scuta Salamanca comments that ‘we’re thrilled to see such a great project recognised by the Ciclope Jury. It’s not often that you see such a natural combination of music and visuals. The track is by TĀLĀ. She was great to work with - allowing the agency to use elements of her song to create a bespoke mix of the track for the ad, which in my opinion helps to really make the work stand-out in a crowded ad-break.’
The 2017 Ciclope Awards will be held in Berlin on October 26th and 27th.
