The USA was a clear leader in 2015, with 254 points, followed by the UK on 211 points, Australia on 141, Brazil on 137 and France on 92 points.

New Zealand was placed 6th with 58 points, followed by Sweden in 7th spot (55 points), South Africa in 8th spot (51 points), Canada in 9th (50 points), the Netherlands in 10th spot (39 points), Germany at number 11 (33 points) and India in 12th spot (31 points).

The USA is the All-Time leading country over the last decade, with 2268 points, 218 points ahead of the UK on 2050 points. Australia is placed 3rd on 1384 points, New Zealand fourth on 825 points and Brazil fifth on 787 points.
