Albion, the creative business partner for entrepreneurs, has appointed Nick Pleydell-Pearce as Director of Product Design. In the newly created role, Nick will be responsible for a multidisciplinary team covering user experience, usability testing, design and development to drive Albion’s creative vision and the delivery of innovative client solutions.

Specifically, Nick will lead Albion's product design work on Compare the Market and will spearhead work streams for two new client appointments the Agency has secured against its corporate re-invention agenda.

Nick has spent the last 15 years developing user experiences that connect people with brands. He joins from Huge where he helped grow its London team from 10 to 50 employees. While there, he created and delivered intuitive user experiences for major new e-commerce platforms and provided UX insight and direction for clients, including Unilever, Turkish Airlines and MoneySuperMarket. Prior to this, Nick was Head of User Experience at Razorfish where he led the UX team and worked on large-scale projects for the likes of O2, Amnesty International, Audi and the Financial Times.

Jason Goodman, CEO of Albion, said: "Nick’s appointment reflects Albion’s commitment to creating user-centred product design that solves the big digital engagement challenges of the day. Nick’s knowledge of commerce, alongside his international experience will be invaluable as we grow our presence globally. We look forward to seeing world-class work come out of London under Nick’s stewardship.”

Nick Pleydell-Pearce, Director of Product Design at Albion, said: “I’m delighted to join an agency that is ahead of the curve. We share a belief in an engaged, and intuitive creative process, creating designs and products that have a sustained influence on the audience.”
