Industry veteran will help drive the agency’s “Never Finished” creative story
FCB New York Chief Creative Officer Ari Halper today announced that Adam Isidore has been appointed director of integrated production, where he will be charged with leading all production efforts for the agency.

“We were looking for a person with a unique mix of experience to partner with our creative teams, to further promote FCB New York’s story in dynamic and unexpected ways,” said Halper. “There is no better person for this job than Adam, who values the art of storytelling and who has brought brand stories to life on multiple platforms for years. Adam has a wealth of experience and tremendous respect in the industry, as well as a high creative standard that our clients will value. I am very excited to have him on the team.”

Isidore brings comprehensive multimedia experience to FCB New York, and has worn many hats throughout his career – as a producer, director, editor and writer – on both the production/post-production and advertising agency sides. He joins FCB New York from Taylor James, where he had held the position of managing director since 2016. In this role, Isidore was responsible for overseeing all facets of the company, spanning strategic planning, creative, production, digital and marketing/sales. He was also recently a director-at-large on the national board of the Association of Independent Commercial Producers (AICP).

Before Taylor James, Isidore served in high-level digital and production roles at a variety of leading companies, including prestigious visual effects production company The Mill, where he was executive producer, business development director (2009–2016). He also held the titles of executive producer, vice president at Charlex (2004–2009); executive producer, vice president at BBDO (1999–2004); and senior producer at Y&R (1996–1999). Throughout his tenure at these companies, Isidore produced award-winning work for clients such as Cingular/AT&T, Visa, Pepsi, GE, NFL, FedEx and Microsoft.

“I have admired Ari and his work since our collaborations while I worked at The Mill. I can’t wait to start creating work directly with him and the talented team at FCB New York,” remarked Isidore. “To me, ‘Never Finished’ is inherent to the creative process and means relentlessly working to make the work as good as it can be, literally until the moment it delivers. ‘Never Finished’ also reflects on the way people watch and engage with the work we create, which is constantly changing and evolving. In this splintered-media world, strong storytelling skills are crucial to create consistency and relevancy, regardless if people watch our work on a phone, a TV, a laptop, or even virtually.”

With more than 30 years of experience making films and commercials, Isidore also previously owned his own production company, Red Barn Films (1987–1996), where his feature-length documentary, Give A Damn Again, won awards at numerous industry festivals. Isidore began his career as an in-house editor at Saatchi & Saatchi after graduating with a degree in English Literature & Creative Writing from Oberlin College.
