A Mural Pops to Life in This Super Fun Coca-Cola Ad
The Super Bowl has been and gone but with that comes another sporting event offering masses of eyeballs for brands with pockets deep enough to get involved.
The PyeongChang Olympic Winter Games kicked off last Friday and Coca-Cola has opted to continue with its inclusive ‘The Wonder of Us’ spot that was received positively when it aired during the Super Bowl.
But in addition to that, the brand has launched ‘Mural’, a super fun spot directed by Psyop’s Kylie Matulick, Todd Mueller and animated by Golden Wolf (creative was again out of Wieden+Kennedy Portland).
In the spot, three characters on a wall mural pop to life and jump from wall-to-wall via various vehicles on the hunt for that sweet taste of a cold Coke. In keeping with the inclusive theme of the campaign’s other spot, there is a different Coke for each of them. The real making of this spot though is the production by Psyop and animation by the Golden Wolf team. Check it out below.
