After finishing her studies for communication design in Munich, everything started with an internship in 2007 at Heimat in Berlin. This was followed by stops at Scholz & Friends, Media Consulta and DDB Hamburg until Marielle joined Jung von Matt in 2012.
At Jung von Matt she was in almost 8 years part of several stations starting as an Art Director for clients such as Obi, Jim Beam and Tchibo. In the last four years being Creative Director, she worked for clients such as the Berlin transport company BVG, SHARE NOW, NIVEA, eis.de and Douglas, for which she has received numerous global awards in recent years.
In 2021 Marielle joins GGH Mullen Lowe as CCO, coming from DDB Tribal Hamburg, where she was responsible for Deutsche Telekom as Executive Creative Director.
Her passion lies in the extraordinary creation that moves, entertains and delights. Particularly noteworthy is the BVG, in which she and her team managed to turn a hate brand into a love brand and produced constantly creative highlights like „Is mir egal“ (I don’t care), the adidas x BVG ticket shoe and the BVG world heritage case.
