
Nicholas founded The Secret Little Agency (TSLA) nearly 10 years ago, in a tiny apartment in suburban Singapore. Today he leads a creative practice in Singapore & Shanghai that is home to over 11 in-house disciplines that range from motion-graphics, UX to more traditional art and copy for brands such as Netflix, Tiger Beer and Nokia globally. Under his charge, TSLA has been named Creative Agency of the Year multiple times (2013, 2015, 2017) and is consistently the only agency in South East Asia to be rated by Campaign UK as one of The World’s Leading Independent Agencies (2015, 2016, 2017). He most recently played an instrumental role in forging a new global partnership with Mother to grow a new, independent family in Singapore, Shanghai, London, New York and Los Angeles. As a new father of one, he sees often muses about the similarities between parenthood and running a messy, modern and agile global creative company.
