krow was born in 2005 over a pizza. The four of us (Nick Hastings, Barry Cook, John Quarrey & Malcolm White) had become friends through working together and we’d all had our fill of working in publicly owned network agencies.
We started with a table and a phone but no clients, just a passionate belief in our idea for an agency that was genuinely obsessed with outcomes not just output.
Starting with no clients may have made getting off the ground a bit harder, but it taught us a valuable lesson. We never forget the leap of faith a client has to make when appointing an agency and as a result we believe we have a responsibility to ensure that we deliver success for our clients.
Ten years on we are still owner managed and independent but now there are sixty five more lovely people working backwards to help our clients get where they want to go.
