WHO WE ARE

The world is full of advertising and 99% of it is wallpaper. We don’t want to add to that. So we make ideas instead. Big, audacious things that people notice and enjoy.We do it because we believe we can actually change culture and do ridiculously famous things. It’s why the brightest and the best come to work here. We like causing trouble and breaking the odd rule because we don’t think you can do famous work unless you do. But we promise not to smash any windows.

We have grown big over the years, but we act small. We stay scrappy and nothing gets in the way of the idea. It’s hard work but it’s great fun, and we love it.

HOW WE THINK

TENSION: Scary word but it gets us to the best work. We actively seek out cultural tensions because that’s where the most provocative ideas come from. The elephants in the room, the taboos, the injustices. Where there are passionate opinions there are tensions so we dig deep to find a brand’s passionate opinions and get them out there. We have a saying at CP+B;

“Don’t change your brand to fit culture, change culture to fit your brand”. It sounds A grand strategy but the best work really can do that.
And tension helps us get there.

WHAT WE DO

ENTERTAIN. Ads are things people are forced to engage with. Content is stuff people choose to engage with. Great content isn’t about doing much longer adverts. Or filling space on youtube because it's there and it's free. Great content is about making interesting, relevant, authentic and entertaining things that people actually want to watch. Platforms change, formats change, technologies change, audiences shift attention and channels get crowded, but the truth is people want amazing things to experience. We love finding new ways for brands to use content. From subservient chickens, to launching brand video games, to interactive films, to new products, even watching your pizza order get made.
