We are an integrated communications network based in Milan and Rome.
Born in 2001, in just a few years we became the second in turnover among Italian communications group. We defy the traditionally centralized advertising budget management in favor of an integrated and decentralized communications approach.
Our secret? Change. Always and anyhow.
We have contributed to managing the change of many businesses that were entering the stock market, stepping into the enchanted forest of storytelling, expanding into markets all over the world or changing their business model. And we still do.
Our 7 rules:
1. Look for people who are better than you.
People who come from different places and professions: from journalists who program to art directors who write.
2. Neither poets nor engineers.
We know what PPM, CMS, CTA, and GRPs stand for, but we also know that we dig The Beatles, Michelangelo and Quentin Tarantino a whole lot more.
Opening up to international markets: not only to export Italian talent, but also to import ideas and experiences.
4. Mix well.
For a campaign in the US promoting authentic Italian food, we used video billboards, planned events, created a TV campaign, integrated YouTube, produced programs, sponsored broadcasts and chatted on social networks.
5. Always try.
You can acquire a new client by winning a pitch. But the greatest satisfaction is when a company calls you because it has noticed the great work you have done for someone else.
6. Stay hungry, stay foolish, stay calm.
Speed and quantity are killing quality. We compel ourselves and others to respect the meaning of an idea.
