DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Post-Production Runner to join our team at Pavilion Works. This is a full time position but on a short term contract of 3 months. You will be joining the core in-house team, working across hero commercials, social content, music, and in-house projects. Our work environment is fast, creative, and always striving to expand on briefs and explore new ideas. Pavilion Works started in 2017, and since then we have amassed an array of clients across ad agencies, fashion, direct to brands and music labels. Whether a 15-minute documentary or 6-second social film, producing high-quality content is at the core of what we do. We are film lovers at heart and since 2020 have launched a sister company for our original scripted and non-scripted projects Pavilion Works Originals. This is a space for us to build our slat of longer-form projects, from short films, to feature documentaries. Post-production is an integral part of the company and it’s an expanding team with big ambitions. We are in the process of building our first client-facing edit and grade suites to host more sit-in sessions for our clients. This position requires you to work from the office that is based in Bermondsey, London. REQUIREMENTS Our ideal candidate has a passion for post-production and the filmmaking process. You need to be highly organised, tidy and a fast learner, with the willingness to take initiative, learn on the job. You need to be able to work with others and come in with positive and good energy. You will support the edit team with file organisation, and data management with the aim for general edit assisting when the right project comes along. keeping spaces clean and tidy and making sure they are prepped and ready for clients and the post team.   - A passion for filmmaking and post-production - Entry level position - Experience at working at a production company or post-house is a bonus. - Highly organised - Strong file management skills - Self-motivated and able to take initiative - Hunger to learn and willingness to get stuck in and learn on the job - Strong communication skills SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - Knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects is very important - Interest in learning more about colour grading and editing - Work that showcases your self-initiated projects, tests or learnings with filmmaking and post-production - Strong organisational skills - Good people skills - Good working knowledge of the Adobe suite Applicants must provide a CV + cover letter, and any portfolio work that demonstrates their post-production abilities and interests. We Are Covert is a creative studio producing VFX, CG and Motion Design for Commercials, film and TV and we’re growing FAST. We’re on the hunt for a Creative Director / CG supervisor to help us deliver more great work with our ever-increasing team.  Covert is a proudly independent, people-first creative studio. We are small, but we are LOUD and producing great work is our vice. Our studio specialises in producing VFX and CGI for commercials, film and TV.  Since our humble grass-roots beginning 6 years ago, our team has been delivering commercial work for lovely household names such as Tinder, Captain Morgan and Citroen. The studio also has an Amazon Original series set to release in September ‘22.  Though our growth has been exponential… our close-knit, family-like attitude to projects, work-life and team has and forever will remain at the heart of what we do. We’re searching for someone who shares the same ethos in all of the above. We are on the lookout for a   Creative Director / CG supervisor  who can lead our in-house talent and freelance support to deliver outstanding VFX. The ideal individual will be well versed in all areas of VFX and CGI, confident, outspoken and a natural leader. Capable and ready to manage, work within and deliver outstanding VFX. Work well with a close knit team of artists and be able to steer the creative under the pressure of tight deadlines and deliveries. Minimum five years of visual effects experience Previous experience as CG/VFX artist; experience in After Effects and C4D/Blender.
