Yopa Films Take a Meta Swipe at Hyper-Real Advertising

Cut+Run's Julian Tranquille has edited two new spots for Yopa, directed by The Perolorian Brothers through MJZ for agency Lucky Generals. 

'Chez Greg' and 'Best of Both Worlds' both pull off pitch-perfect send-ups of their target material: the first, a guided tour of Greg’s too-good-to-be-true playboy bachelor pad; the other a cringey, offbeat meta-spoof of a traditional family sitcom. Both spots are topped off with voiceover from Julian “Mighty Boosh” Barratt.

The 'Seriously, Why Not?' campaign centres around the digital estate agent's 'No Sale, No Fee' model, in which customers don't have to pay until the house is sold.
