WMcCann Elected Most Admired Agency In Brazil
Readers of the most important Brazilian financial newspaper voted for the decision
WMcCann has been elected the most admired company in the marketing and advertising sector by readers of the most important Brazilian financial newspaper.
The 10th edition of Prêmio DCI (DCI Award) was announced on the 15th of October, listing 31 companies from the most important economic segments of the country. WMcCann was elected the most admired company in the marketing and advertising sector.
The election was based on the votes of the economists and businessmen that read of DCI, which is among the most important financial newspapers in Brazil. “Corporate organisations are just like people: we love to be admired. That´s why we are so proud and happy with this award”, says Washington Olivetto, chairman of WMcCann.
The agency was competing against Ogilvy, DPZ (Publicis owned agency) and AlmapBBDO.
Two clients of the agency were also winners in their respective segments: Braskem in Chemical & Petrochemical and Microsoft in IT.
