What Does Luxury Mean to You?

In collaboration with Superdrug, agency Z PR got in touch with Delinquent to make a short spot highlighting a current hot topic, namely the issue of women having to pay VAT on tampons as they are ridiculously considered a 'luxury'.

Interviewing a wide cross section of women, Delinquent asked them the question: 'What do you consider a luxury?' They then asked them a different, entirely unexpected question altogether.
