VCCP Partnership Appoints Next Generation of Company Leadership

2017 was arguably VCCP’s most successful year to date and the business grew significantly over this time, especially within London which now totals over 750 people. Last year the agency won a record number of new business pitches including the likes of Cadburys, Canon, Dominos and Triumph.

In order to sustain this growth, without compromise, and maintain the agency’s challenger positioning in the marketplace, VCCP are today announcing a new management line up:

Michael Sugden (currently CEO of VCCP) will become CEO of the VCCP Partnership. He will be responsible for ensuring the component parts of the Partnership continue to deliver world class integrated communications in addition to growing our integrated experience capabilities.

Julian Douglas, Vice Chairman of VCCP Partnership, takes on additional responsibility for identifying and realising future revenue streams for the VCCP Partnership.

Andrew Peake (currently Managing Director of VCCP) will become CEO of VCCP.

Hannah Fitz-Gerald (currently Head of Account Management) will become Managing Director of VCCP.  

The management team will report in to Adrian Coleman and Charles Vallance, whose roles as Group CEO of VCCP and Group Chairman of VCCP remain unchanged.
