UNIT9 is proud to announce their new commercial representatives in the USA and UAE, who will work across all five units - Films, Digital, Games, Technology, and VR.
San Francisco and Los Angeles-based Reber Covington will represent UNIT9 on the West Coast of the United States of America, focusing on the promotion of UNIT9’s new directorial talent, its avant-garde Virtual Reality unit and cutting-edge technological expertise.
UNIT9’s latest work in the USA included director Anrick Bregman’s ‘Become a Kingsman’, a gamified movie trailer showcasing 20th Century Fox’s motion picture ‘Kingsman: The Secret Service’, which gives users an interactive opportunity to see if they have what it takes to become a Kingsman Knight.
The Abu Dhabi Collective will represent UNIT9 in the Middle East. Its co-founder Barry Brand, who will be the handling the account, is an award winning creative director with over 25 years of experience at top global advertising agencies. Barry has been living in the Middle East for the past seven years building M&C Saatchi’s Abu Dhabi office.
UNIT9 recently partnered with M&C Saatchi to create a memorable CGI and motion graphics experience for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ annual government summit in Abu Dhabi. The production company’s first project for a client in the Middle East, the largely-projected animations accompanied Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s 30-minute closing speech and highlighted the UAE’s identity as a tech savvy and progressive Arab country.
The London office also welcomes new talent Sidar Sahin, an award-winning Interactive and Visual Designer.
As UNIT9’s Experience Director, he will be responsible for developing and leading the UNIT9 vision and identity across all platforms from the user’s perspective, bridging the gap between the production agency’s five units and its teams.
