UNIT and Iris Deliver Sound Design on New Action-Packed Adidas Campaign

Following up on the last Adidas ‘Here to Create’ series, UNIT’s Creative Director of Sound, Chris Southwell, has recently completed the sound design on the latest Adidas Campaign entitled ‘Watch Me’.

The online campaign created by Iris London consists of films featuring players Lionel Messi, Paul Pogba and Luis Suárez as well as another film entitled ‘Copa’ which enlists soccer You Tubers Billy Wingrove and Jeremy Lynch to showcase the new Copa football boots.   

On working on the project, Chris Southwell comments, 'These films have an interesting creative idea, where the footballer has control over their own film. I had to create the feeling of the players, Pogba for example, editing the individual films from an offline suite, using mouse clicks, music stops and keyboard sounds, whilst creating SFX within the films to deliver a believable final concept.'
