Full service creative agency Town Square has
made two appointments to its leadership team, hiring The Core Agency's
Jane Callister as managing director and Clemenger BBDO Melbourne
planning director, Neville Doyle, as chief strategy officer.
Town
Square is bolstering its management team to accelerate growth and
deliver deeper strategic insights for its clients which include APT, The
Big Issue, Captain's Choice, Frasers Property, Sovereign Hill, Tasman
Butchers and Visit Victoria.
Doyle and Callister will join Town
Square's management team of partners Danielle Moeller and Harry Corsham
and creative directors Brendan Day and Gareth Davies.
Says Corsham: "This is an exciting period for Town Square. We have a
clear and simple focus on helping our clients to grow through the power
of great work. Neville and Jane enhance our ability to deliver new
strategic and creative opportunities for our clients, as two outstanding
new additions to the agency's leadership bench.
"Neville is an
award winning planner who joins us from one of the country's leading
agencies. Jane has an extensive track record of building agencies and
developing high performance cultures. Their combined expertise, in
conjunction with that of our existing senior team and the wider agency,
will enable us to drive Town Square further forward in the coming
years."
Returning to Melbourne after six years in Sydney,
Callister joins Town Square with a remit to enhance day to day
operations and to drive new business in the newly created role of
managing director. She joins from The Core Agency in Sydney where for
more than three years she successfully grew the business by adding new
clients, increasing headcount and revenues. During her more than 20 year
career, Callister has held senior management positions at some of the
country's biggest agencies in both Sydney and Melbourne including TBWA,
M&C Saatchi, DDB, The Campaign Palace, Grey, George Patterson and
JWT.
Says Callister: "I'm happy to be coming home to Melbourne
and excited about the opportunity to work alongside Danielle, Harry and
the rest of the team to drive their ambitious plans to grow the Agency.
They produce excellent and effective work and the prospect of building
on that is something I'm relishing."
Doyle joins Town Square
after two years at multi-award winning agency Clemenger BBDO Melbourne
where he worked as planning director across Mars, CUB, Airbnb and
Drinkwise. Prior to that he held the same role at sister agency Colenso
BBDO in Auckland for four years, during which time he was twice named in
the top 10 of global planning directors by the Big Won Report. Before
moving to this side of the world, he worked in London at TBWA, Momentum
and Carat Global and has a host of Cannes Lions, D&AD and Effie
Awards to his name.
Says Doyle: "The chance to build a team and
shape the strategy for Town Square's clients is something that I am
truly excited about. Having worked at several multinational agencies,
I'm looking forward to getting stuck in at an ambitious independent
agency, and the chance to help build and shape something exciting. The
team at Town Square shares my passion for great creative work and we
look forward to putting that passion into practice."
Doyle starts immediately, with Callister beginning in October.
