‘The Great Escape’ for Andes Beer
Del Campo Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi Argentina are back with their third campaign for Andes Beer. It's called 'The Great Escape' and features a specialised rescue team who use a range of expert techniques to save people from annoying social commitments they'd like to escape from and delivers them to a bar with their friends.
It's the third in the hugely successful series for Andes which began with 'Teletransporter’ (Grand Prix, 3 silvers, 2 bronze at Cannes 2010) and was followed by 'Friend Recovery' (Silver at Cannes 2011).
The social lives of young people are often threatened by unbearable commitments they’d like to escape from: distant family weddings, golden anniversaries, business events and so on.
This is why Andes Beer hired a specialized rescue team who, using their expert acting techniques and amazing production skills, were able to rescue anyone from a depressing event without raising suspicion and instantly bring them somewhere better: a bar with their friends.
Starting on the 15th of October last year, young people began logging on to the ANDES CERVEZA Facebook page, entering the place, date, time and details of their event to program their escape. Their stories were then assessed by the rescue team and selected for action.
The rescues were carried out over two months in the Andean region and the city of Mendoza, some of which were broadcasted on television and via the Andes Facebook page.
